SUMMER PROGRAMS
BEMOVING offers pre professional and professional dancers low-cost/high quality summer programs led by our world-class faculty. These workshops consist of movement creation and experimentation, through an array of contemporary dance languages and improvisational techniques, destined to inspire mind & body for months to come.
Throughout the past two years of AH! A SUMMER DANCER PROGRAM, BEMOVING has offered over $30,000 worth of scholarships to marginalized artists looking to access space and guidance for the research and development of their craft and movement practices.

Faculty: Bret Easterling, Julia Eichten, Nina Flagg, Thomas Ford, Marcella Lewis, Jillian Meyers, Bobbi Jene Smith, Or Schraiber, Spenser Theberge, and Austin Tyson
BEMOVING awarded over 50% of its participants scholarships to attend the program. The over $18,000 went towards participants who expressed commitment to the program, need for financial assistance, and represented a historically marginalized community.

BEMOVING awarded 60% of its participants scholarships to attend the program. The over $15,000 went towards participants who expressed commitment to the program, need for financial assistance, and represented a historically marginalized community.
